Senior Analytics Engineer

About the role

As the first dedicated analytics hire, you will own the company data from the warehouse to the dashboards, ensuring it is reliable, safe, and scalable. You will partner with Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to turn business questions into trusted, self-serve answers. You will also shape the data foundation and set standards for the future growth of the Data & AI function.

Responsibilities

• Model company data in dbt on Redshift using layered, tested, and documented models
• Ship and maintain company KPI dashboards in Lightdash and provide self-serve analytics
• Own metric modeling and propose definitions for company-wide use
• Manage the ingestion layer including Fivetran connectors and ETL jobs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven answers
• Establish data standards and architecture for the scaling data team
