Applied AI Engineer

About the role

You will build agents that run real parts of the business, taking on real work and improving based on results. You will work within Marketing Engineering, forward-deployed to growth pods to identify problems and own solutions end-to-end. The role focuses on making AI agents reliable, measurable, and safe for business use.

Responsibilities

• Build agents using the company's platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models.
• Identify and solve problems within growth pods.
• Develop and ship production systems starting from vague requirements.
• Evaluate LLM performance and reliability in production environments.
• Measure the impact and effectiveness of built solutions.
