Scrum Master / Delivery Enabler

About the role

As a Delivery Enabler, you will guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI transformation and help evolve the role of the Scrum Master. You will work closely with development teams to remove obstacles, manage stakeholder interests, and ensure efficient delivery processes. You will also contribute to the internal Delivery Enabler guild to share knowledge and shape the future of the role.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen teams by removing obstacles and fostering effective working structures.
• Manage stakeholder interests to ensure clear and efficient communication and decision-making.
• Secure delivery by using metrics to track value and addressing risks early.
• Integrate AI agents into team processes and support teams through AI-driven change.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Enabler guild to develop the role and share knowledge.
