Scrum Master / Delivery Enabler

About the role

As a Delivery Enabler, you will guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI transformation and help evolve the role of the Scrum Master. You will work closely with development teams to remove obstacles, manage stakeholder interests, and ensure efficient delivery processes. This role involves integrating AI agents into workflows and contributing to the ongoing development of the company's internal Delivery Enabler guild.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder interests to ensure clear communication and efficient decision-making.
• Secure delivery by using metrics to track value and addressing risks early.
• Integrate AI agents into team processes and guide teams through AI-related change.
