About the role

We are looking for a student to join our team to analyze data from various customer projects and create actionable reports and dashboards. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity across telephony, ticketing, and CRM systems, and automating recurring workflows. This role offers the opportunity to build structures and processes while working closely with project management and IT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from all projects to create reports and dashboards for management and clients.
• Set up and maintain databases to ensure clean data integration from telephony, ticketing, and CRM systems.
• Extract, clean, and structure data from various interfaces and exports.
• Build automated workflows and processes using tools like n8n, Make, or custom scripts.
• Collaborate with project leads and IT to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
