Senior ML Engineer

About the role

Yubo is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team to help scale and mature their machine learning production systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from model development and experimentation to deployment and monitoring, while contributing to the evolution of the company's ML platform. This role focuses on high-impact areas including content moderation, recommendation systems, and behavioral detection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end ML use cases including recommendation systems and safety algorithms.
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models while balancing speed and reliability.
• Drive improvements across the ML lifecycle and establish monitoring standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of the ML platform through tools and reusable components.
• Take ownership of legacy models and integrate them into modern pipelines.
• Partner with Data Engineering, MLOps, and Product teams to align ML initiatives with business objectives.
