DevOps Engineer

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer at Radiant, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for the design, delivery, and reliability of critical infrastructure. You will drive the automation and continuous improvement of deployment pipelines, cloud and bare metal environments, and Kubernetes-based orchestration layers to support high-performance AI and GPU workloads. You will partner with Platform, SRE, and Product Engineering teams to shape technical direction and embed a strong DevOps culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously optimise CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to support fast, reliable, and repeatable software delivery
• Own and evolve Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform and Ansible, ensuring infrastructure is version-controlled and consistently provisioned
• Manage and maintain hosted application environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and smooth deployment of services
• Partner closely with Go engineers to understand development workflows and remove friction points that slow delivery
• Own and continuously improve the observability stack, including logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerts
• Streamline and standardise the release process for Go services, implementing versioning strategies and automated testing gates
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks across the software development lifecycle to reduce time between commit and production deployment
• Champion a self-service DevOps culture by enabling development teams to own their deployments through tooling and documentation
