Working Student People Operations

About the role

DeepDrive is looking for a motivated Working Student to join the People Team and gain hands-on experience in modern People Operations. The role involves supporting daily operations, improving processes through automation and AI, and taking ownership of specific projects. This position is designed for a student to contribute to scalable structures while learning the foundations of HR in a growing deep-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Support our People Team in day-to-day operations and help ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Gradually take ownership of your own topics and smaller projects
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Contribute ideas on how AI can be used effectively within People Operations
• Test and implement first automation solutions for recurring tasks
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and gain insight into a growing deep-tech company

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
