Director, Solutions Engineer - EMEA

About the role

The Director of Solutions Engineering, EMEA is a senior leader responsible for building, developing, and scaling the regional Solutions Engineering and Strategy team. This role partners with sales leadership to drive growth across enterprise accounts by positioning Saviynt's identity and cloud security platform. The Director acts as a bridge between sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and successful implementation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Solutions Engineering and Strategy team through sales enablement, subject-matter expertise, and team development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by assessing needs and positioning solutions for enterprise buyers.
• Lead customer discovery and translate findings into clear customer vision, requirements, and deployment approaches.
• Develop high-quality written deliverables including business cases, ROI analysis, scope definitions, and solution documentation.
• Build and deliver customized presentations tailored to unique customer use cases and business challenges.
• Collaborate with product management to deliver RFP responses and incorporate field feedback.
• Partner with sales leadership to manage, prioritize, and close key regional opportunities.
