Global Payroll Specialist

About the role

The Global Payroll Specialist will help build and scale payroll operations as Legora expands internationally. You will coordinate with external payroll providers, ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, and develop processes and controls to support global growth. This role focuses on process management and quality assurance rather than manual payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly payroll cycles across multiple countries
• Act as a key contact for external payroll providers
• Carry out validations, reconciliations, and checks before payroll is finalized
• Ensure payroll follows local regulations and internal processes
• Support audits by maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation
• Build and improve payroll processes for new market entries
• Create clear workflows and documentation to support scaling
• Work with payroll data from HiBob to ensure accurate inputs
