About the role

The Senior Value Engineer will spearhead data-driven business transformation for banking and financial services customers by owning their end-to-end value journey. Acting as a trusted technology and business advisor, the role involves translating strategic priorities into high-impact use cases, building business cases, and ensuring the Celonis platform generates strong ROI. This position requires a blend of strategic consulting, program management, and technical expertise to drive adoption and expansion within key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Advise organisations on how the Celonis platform fits into their existing IT landscape and AI strategy
• Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
• Use SQL and Python to build AI prototypes to demonstrate platform capabilities
• Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a transformation platform

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting
