Senior Applied AI Solution Engineer

About the role

The Senior Applied AI Solution Engineer will work with strategic customers to diagnose operational challenges and architect tailored AI solutions on the Celonis platform. This role involves prototyping state-of-the-art AI technologies, demonstrating business impact to C-suite executives, and ensuring successful implementation and value realization. You will act as a strategic pioneer, translating complex requirements into enterprise architecture to drive operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to architect, prototype, and build bespoke AI solutions targeting operational pain points.
• Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects, delivering secure and scalable LLM/agent systems with advanced RAG and guardrails.
• Act as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts to ensure programmatic value realization and operational transformation.
• Codify work into reusable methodology and scalable assets to accelerate time-to-value and mentor junior peers.

Qualifications
