Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Case Execution team, which manages critical workflows including eligibility, batching, and claim orchestration. This role focuses on solving complex, data-heavy backend problems and building robust decision logic to help healthcare providers navigate reimbursement challenges. The ideal candidate will contribute to the operational core of the platform, ensuring systems are reliable, correct, and well-integrated.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems including eligibility, batching, submissions, and claim orchestration.
• Tackle complex, data-driven backend problems and manage intricate decision logic.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration systems to ensure cases are staged, routed, and executed reliably.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrations, Case Strategy, and product teams.
• Contribute to internal-facing UI and operational tooling as required.
