Senior Software Engineer Case Execution

About the role

Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Case Execution team, which manages critical workflows including eligibility, batching, and claim orchestration. This role focuses on building and improving data-heavy backend systems that determine how cases move through the platform to reach resolution. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving complex, workflow-driven problems and collaborating across teams to ensure system reliability and correctness.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems including eligibility, batching, submissions, and claim orchestration.
• Tackle complex, data-driven backend problems involving decision logic and workflow sequencing.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration systems to ensure cases are staged, routed, and executed with reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrations, Case Strategy, and product teams to align system operations.
• Contribute to internal-facing UI and operational tooling as required by the product.
