Senior Software Engineer Case Execution

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will join the Case Execution team to own critical backend workflows including eligibility, batching, submissions, and claim orchestration. This role focuses on solving complex, data-heavy decision logic to ensure efficient and reliable case resolution for healthcare providers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to build and improve systems that sit at the operational core of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core case execution systems including eligibility, batching, submissions, and claim orchestration.
• Tackle complex, data-driven backend problems involving decision logic and workflow sequencing.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration systems to ensure end-to-end correctness and reliability.
• Collaborate with Integrations, Case Strategy, and product teams to align systems with broader platform operations.
• Contribute to internal-facing UI and operational tooling as required.
