Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Balco is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales of architectural product lines across the Western United States. This leadership role involves managing direct sales professionals and independent representatives while influencing complex construction projects from design through installation. The manager will combine strategic leadership with technical support to ensure Balco solutions are specified and installed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth to meet or exceed sales budgets across assigned territories.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales organization of direct employees and independent representatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to sales team members and customers regarding product selection and specifications.
• Develop and implement competitive strategies to increase specification rates and market share with architects and contractors.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities using CRM tools.
• Deliver sales and product knowledge presentations to architects, contractors, and trade groups.
• Lead complex negotiations to secure profitable, strategic opportunities.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure execution and customer satisfaction.
