Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Manager will build and lead the team responsible for the internal platform that supports the entire organization. This role involves owning compute, storage, networking, and CI/CD systems while defining internal infrastructure, security standards, and technical operations from the ground up. The successful candidate will transform manual workflows into secure, reproducible systems while overseeing foundational IT operations during a period of rapid company growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team in building provisioning automation, CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, network design, and observability systems.
• Ensure the team effectively supports and unblocks engineers on complex build or connectivity issues.
• Steer the broader IT function, including identity management, device fleets, and SaaS administration.
• Champion a secure-by-default mindset across infrastructure, endpoints, and access management.
• Partner closely with engineering leaders to ensure the engineering platform and company environment remain coherent and efficient.
