Senior Growth Product Manager AI Native

About the role

Magic Eden is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead retention and monetization for Dicey, their crypto casino and sportsbook platform. You will own the post-signup player journey, developing an AI-native growth stack to automate lifecycle campaigns and player segmentation. This role requires a hands-on approach to data analysis, experiment design, and product execution to drive growth in the iGaming market.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and monetization as a growth loop by setting targets and driving performance metrics.
• Evolve the player segmentation framework and determine how signals are utilized across the company.
• Build an AI-native growth stack including automated pipelines, agents, and analysis tools.
• Design, ship, and measure targeted player offers such as bonuses, challenges, and win-back sequences.
• Analyze on-chain and warehouse data to identify patterns and launch proactive campaigns.
• Expand player signal collection through on-chain activity, social linking, and other innovative methods.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to build repeatable product surfaces for growth initiatives.
