AI Product Director

About the role

The AI Product Director will own product direction, investment, and commercial performance across a portfolio of AI Accelerators. You will lead a team of AI Product Managers to deliver agentic solutions while balancing product ambition with client-specific project requirements. The role involves defining strategic vision, building business cases, and serving as an executive advisor to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI solutions to clients by leading a team of AI Product Managers in collaboration with consultants, engineers, and architects.
• Define strategic vision and portfolio strategy, including data-driven investment decisions and business cases for AI Accelerators.
• Maintain commercial accountability for revenue, cost, and margin across the AI Accelerator portfolio.
• Build reusable, scalable AI product assets to improve efficiency across client engagements.
• Establish product excellence by setting standards for discovery, scoping, and success metrics.
• Act as an executive advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of AI Product Managers on product practice and delivery discipline.
