About the role

As the Senior Finance Operations Leader, you will lead the accounting and treasury organization behind Taxfix’s growing multi-country business. You will focus on creating reliable, scalable, and well-controlled finance operations across group and statutory accounting, month-end and year-end close, consolidation, and treasury processes. You will lead an experienced team, establish clear priorities, and ensure the delivery of accurate financial information while driving process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the Finance Operations team, creating clear priorities, responsibilities and development opportunities.
  • Own the timely and accurate execution of monthly and annual close processes across the Taxfix Group.
  • Oversee statutory and Group accounting under HGB and support IFRS and consolidated reporting requirements.
  • Strengthen financial controls, reconciliations, process documentation and audit readiness.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for external auditors, banks and accounting advisors.
  • Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash visibility, liquidity planning, banking relationships and related financial controls.
  • Partner with the Finance Systems Transformation team on NetSuite improvements, integrations, reporting quality and automation opportunities.
