About the role

The Associate Director of Product Management leads the development and commercialization of Signatera clinical trial matching products and services. This role focuses on long-term strategic planning, product roadmap development, and accelerating trial enrollment through cross-functional leadership. The position manages the product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the clinical trial matching product roadmap for the Signatera product line.
  • Define and deliver product requirements based on customer needs and operational constraints.
  • Oversee product performance and manage product support across various departments including R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
  • Develop product performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Identify business opportunities, create business cases, and build financial models to support product initiatives.
  • Conduct Voice of Customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to validate features.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define product positioning, launch plans, and pricing.
  • Present data-driven arguments to gain stakeholder alignment and provide regular updates on product vision.
