Product Manager Intern

About the role

Aircall is looking for a curious Product Manager Intern to contribute to the evolution of its core product. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-to-market teams to turn customer feedback into product improvements and help shape the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with customers to gather feedback, discuss pain points, and validate potential improvements.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear opportunities and translate them into product recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Align dependencies and facilitate tradeoff discussions with stakeholders across product areas.
• Follow the development cycle end-to-end to ensure the delivery of high-quality experiences.
• Contribute to Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, and product demos to support launches.
• Gather and synthesize usage and performance data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with teams to define and monitor KPIs and set up dashboards for performance evaluation.
