About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving UpGuard’s product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, ensuring our solutions address real customer problems and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch products that delight customers.
  • Translate customer problems and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Design to craft thoughtful, intuitive user experiences and maintain design consistency.
  • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to prioritise the most impactful work.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset by deeply understanding user pain points.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders across all levels.
  • Analyse performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
