Technical Product Owner | Integrations

About the role

Superchat is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the Integrations team, focusing on the platform's public API, webhooks, and CRM sync capabilities. You will design API surfaces and collaborate with engineering to transform AI agents into functional systems that close loops for customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and product strategy to drive the development of tools that enable seamless partner and customer integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations, the public API, and webhooks end-to-end from strategy to launch
• Build tools that enable agent-to-CRM, agent-to-appointment, and custom workflow capabilities
• Engage directly with customers, partners, sales, and support teams to inform product decisions
• Embed with engineering squads to set metrics and drive product performance
• Manage the public API and webhooks as a product, including documentation and roadmap development
• Oversee product quality and final approval before releases
• Drive product positioning and launch activities in the absence of a dedicated marketing team
