About the role

Physical Superintelligence is building AI systems to discover new physics at scale and is seeking engineers to develop platform infrastructure. This role focuses on the intersection of computational science, AI systems, and software engineering to industrialize scientific discovery. Candidates will take full ownership of systems from specification through to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain platform infrastructure spanning distributed systems, data infrastructure, and agent systems.
• Develop high-performance computing and scientific computing solutions.
• Create developer platforms and cloud infrastructure to support AI-driven discovery.
• Manage full-cycle engineering responsibilities from specification to shipping and on-call support.
• Design and implement secure, scalable systems that other engineers can build upon.
