Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

About the role

BSI Software is looking for a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to manage and optimize their SaaS platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and T-Systems while driving automation and observability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of the SaaS platform on AWS, Azure, and T-Systems while maintaining SLAs
• Develop observability using Prometheus and Grafana, analyze incidents, and perform root-cause analysis
• Provide 2nd-level support and participate in on-call rotations
• Manage over 20 clusters, including lifecycle management, updates, and platform development
• Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and manage deployments via ArgoCD, Docker, and CI/CD on Kubernetes
• Develop and test backup and disaster recovery concepts to ensure system security and resilience
• Maintain documentation and optimize operational workflows through automation

Qualifications
