Senior Analyst, Care Operations

About the role

The Senior Analyst will join the Care Operations team to develop a deep understanding of business performance through data analysis. This role involves identifying opportunities, improving processes, and driving better outcomes for patients and providers. The analyst will report to the Director of Business Operations and collaborate across the organization to shape key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses across Care Operations to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and translate ambiguous business problems into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Monitor business performance and Care Operations KPIs to proactively identify risks and opportunities, using data and patient insights to advocate for improvements to the patient and Care team experience.
• Own analytical and operational workstreams independently, applying judgment to prioritize issues, develop solutions, and drive measurable improvements across growth, efficiency, quality, and care delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations, to influence priorities, solve complex problems, and translate operational insights into product and process improvements.
• Measure the impact of launches, experiments, and operational changes, identify opportunities to iterate, and drive follow-through until performance reaches a steady state.
• Present complex findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, adapting communication to technical and non-technical audiences and building alignment around the path forward.
