GTM Werkstudent

About the role

Arvana is building the first AI-native Go-To-Market firm in the DACH region. As a working student in the GTM team, you will build systems for B2B tech clients, manage real customer projects, and work alongside experienced GTM engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build lead lists and outbound campaigns using Clay and modern GTM tools
• Enrich data and research signals such as funding, job changes, or software usage using AI
• Write personalized outreach sequences for email and LinkedIn
• Automate recurring workflows using n8n, Claude Code, or similar tools
• Collaborate with GTM engineers and contribute ideas to the internal GTM playbook
