CTO Cofounder

About the role

Founders Factory is seeking a technical Co-Founder and CTO for Nua Materials to transform a validated concept into a scalable product and company. You will own the product and technology strategy, building the initial prototype and robust data architecture while working directly with early customers. This role requires a hands-on founder who can navigate the complexities of the construction industry and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define critical workflows with users and build the first usable product.
• Develop the Nua Score and build a robust data and system architecture across multiple external data sources.
• Decide on product roadmap priorities, including what to build, automate, or omit.
• Work directly with early customers and partners to validate the product.
• Build and lead a small product and engineering team over time.
