About the role

Synthesia is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build the AI engine for their Roleplay Sessions training tool. You will develop models that process learner input, score performance, generate real-time feedback, and manage AI avatar responses. This is an applied ML role that requires a strong product-focused software development background.

Responsibilities

• Create models that listen to and analyze learner speech during roleplay exercises
• Develop systems to score performance and generate helpful feedback in real time
• Determine AI avatar responses based on learner interactions
• Work on various product features as a software developer
• Collaborate within a high-performing engineering team to solve product problems

Qualifications
