Head of Product & Technology (AI)

About the role

The Head of Product & Technology (AI) will lead the development of PIABO's internal software platform and manage the company's IT and tool landscape. This role bridges product and technology development, providing direction to a five-person team while ensuring that AI-driven solutions deliver measurable business impact. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping to production deployment and operational maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on product and technology decisions based on business impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and translate requirements into actionable development stages.
• Develop prototypes and production software using AI-powered tools, including coding agents and LLM APIs.
• Establish and maintain technical quality standards, including architecture, code reviews, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor a five-person team of developers and project managers.
• Oversee the company's operative IT landscape, including security, access management, and data protection.
