Senior Product Director, Client Engagement Group

About the role

The Senior Director of Product for the Client Engagement Group will lead the product strategy and execution for Squarespace's customer engagement platform, including CRM, email campaigns, and automations. This role involves owning the vision for a unified customer engagement hub that competes with best-in-class tools while leveraging Squarespace's unique data and ecosystem advantages. The position reports directly to the President and serves as a member of the Product leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for the Client Engagement Group.
• Own the Email Campaigns business line end-to-end, including revenue performance and GTM strategies.
• Build a competitive, full-featured customer engagement platform by prioritizing investments in CRM, automations, and communication channels.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of product managers across multiple product lines.
• Partner with Engineering and Design functional leads to deliver outcomes and maintain velocity.
• Collaborate across the Squarespace ecosystem to ensure products are deeply integrated into the broader platform.
• Champion the use of data and AI to create smarter automation flows and personalized outreach.
