HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support and advise managers and employees across Germany and Austria throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role involves managing recruiting and onboarding, overseeing talent and performance development, and ensuring high-quality HR reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle
• Manage recruiting and onboarding processes
• Provide guidance on labor law, organizational, and personnel issues
• Support talent management, performance reviews, succession planning, and change processes
• Oversee HR reporting, personnel metrics, and annual salary processes
• Collaborate with payroll, finance, and works councils to improve HR structures

Qualifications
