About the role

The Product Owner acts as the bridge between customer needs and technical solutions, ensuring value maximization through clear communication. This role involves managing the product backlog and facilitating collaboration within an agile environment to deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Clarify, evaluate, and specify functional requirements with stakeholders and document them as product backlog items using agile tools like JIRA and SCRUM.
• Take responsibility for product development, including planning and tracking sprints, milestones, and risks.
• Facilitate the formal acceptance of product features.
• Manage communication and reporting within the product team, customer team, and management.
• Gather and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements through workshops.
• Act as the primary interface between the development team, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in areas such as digitalization and Industry 4.0.
