Senior Director, Community

About the role

The Senior Director, Community will lead the teams responsible for growing, engaging, and enabling the world's largest offensive security community. You will own the strategy, delivery, and commercial performance of the Live Hacking Events product line, ensuring it remains a durable competitive advantage and a profitable business line. This role reports to the Chief Customer Officer and requires cross-functional leadership across Product, Revenue, and Security.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy for the global security researcher community.
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L profitability of the Live Hacking Events suite.
• Lead the professional-services management and technical delivery of live hacking engagements.
• Drive customer segmentation and management for the community and events portfolio.
• Set and deliver researcher growth and expansion goals.
• Champion AI-first principles by embedding AI into community operations and researcher enablement.
• Lead the Hacker Success and Community Events organizations.
