About the role

The Transformation Consultant will support digital transformation initiatives within local government settings. The role involves analyzing existing services, facilitating workshops, and delivering service redesign projects to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing services and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and redesign
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops and support the development of future-state service models
• Engage with key stakeholders to shape recommendations and support the delivery of service improvements
