About the role

As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical contact for customers experiencing issues with VMs and GPUs. You will investigate logs, identify root causes, and resolve technical problems while maintaining clear communication with customers. This is a hands-on role focused on executing solutions within a fast-moving AI cloud environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to customer issues with VM and GPU infrastructure via chat
  • Investigate problems such as machine downtime by checking logs and identifying causes
  • Fix technical issues directly where possible
  • Coordinate with data centre partners and internal teams as needed
  • Keep customers updated until their issue is resolved
  • Provide technical coverage during European business hours
