Data & Systems Engineer

About the role

Doonails is a fast-growing beauty startup looking for a Data & Systems Engineer to build the technical foundation for their scaling efforts. You will take ownership of the ERP system and data infrastructure, driving automation and an AI-first approach to optimize business processes. This role serves as the backbone of the company's IT and data landscape, ensuring system stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of the NetSuite ERP system and IT-side order processes.
• Build, finalize, and maintain a stable data foundation in Google BigQuery for reliable aggregation and analysis.
• Identify and automate manual sub-processes across the value chain using an AI-first approach.
• Ensure IT security and system stability for all interfaces and data flows.
