About the role

The Corporate Development & Partnerships Analyst will support the company's growth through proactive sourcing of acquisition and partnership targets. This role involves managing the pipeline from initial contact to deal execution, working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and executive leadership. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition and partnership targets through proactive, off-market outreach
  • Conduct cold calls and emails to founders and executives to open relationships
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build future deal flow
  • Build models and analyses to support deal screening and synergy sizing
  • Support internal due diligence workstreams by organizing data requests and synthesizing findings
  • Draft board and investor-ready materials including decks and financial summaries
  • Manage the mechanics of live deals including data rooms and trackers
  • Maintain a structured view of partner and channel relationships and report on performance
