About the role
The Community Engagement Lead will drive the adoption of the BrightLife Kids program across complex community ecosystems. This role involves building high-level partnerships, influencing public health strategy, and serving as a primary thought partner to senior external stakeholders. The professional will also engage directly with families and communities to provide support for behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive outreach and marketing strategies tailored to specific demographics and cultures.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior external partners including health officials and school district leadership.
- Lead and participate in high-visibility activation events, webinars, and school fairs.
- Track key metrics related to outreach, engagement, and conversion rates using Salesforce.
- Proactively identify service gaps and contribute to the design of new engagement tactics.
