Solutions Engineer

About the role

You will help prospective customers understand how Refractal fits into their security environment and demonstrate its value. You will lead technical discovery, manage evaluations, and facilitate smooth handovers to deployment by collaborating with sales, security, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customers' security priorities, existing tools, data availability and deployment constraints.
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to the customer's use cases and the questions they need answered.
• Design and run proofs of value with agreed success criteria, realistic scope and a clear account of the results.
• Assess integration readiness, help troubleshoot evaluation issues and coordinate with engineers when deeper product work is needed.
• Support technical due diligence and handovers, documenting requirements, commitments and open questions while bringing customer feedback into product discussions.
