Maintenance Lead

About the role

As a Maintenance Lead, you will focus on increasing the reliability of production lines and installations at our Doetinchem facility. You will investigate complex and recurring technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement structural improvements to prevent future failures. This role involves working closely with operators and technical teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement within our production environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and structurally resolving complex and recurring technical failures.
• Optimizing and continuously improving preventive maintenance processes.
• Implementing technical improvements and documenting them in maintenance plans and standards.
• Coaching and developing the technical skills of operators and Equipment Owners.
• Contributing to technical projects as a Startup Lead or project team member.

Qualifications

• HBO level education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering within a production environment
