About the role

EUBAG Operation GmbH is an independent real estate service provider seeking a building technician to ensure the smooth operation of technical facilities. The role involves managing service orders, coordinating external contractors, and performing maintenance and repairs across various sites. You will work in a mobile capacity, providing technical support and documentation while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of technical facilities
• Receive, process, and execute service orders
• Coordinate and monitor external contractors
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and minor maintenance
• Provide technical property support including inspections and documentation
• Manage orders using a PC-based ticketing system
• Maintain outdoor facilities and operate machinery

Qualifications
