Facility Manager

About the role

As part of the Corporate Real Estate Management team, you will be responsible for facility management at locations in the North-East region. You will manage and control external service providers and act as the primary contact for all facility management-related topics. In this role, you will actively develop operational processes on-site and ensure consistently high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business and ongoing measures in commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management.
• Manage external service providers, including performance monitoring, contract compliance, and budget tracking.
• Organize renovations, office moves, and safety inspections, and participate in real estate projects.
• Process inquiries and manage maintenance, repair, and servicing work.
• Oversee locking systems and parking management while supporting procurement and budget planning.
• Optimize operational facility management and drive the development of service levels at the sites.

Qualifications

• Technical or commercial degree
