Gestionnaire Stock

About the role

The Stock Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability of physical and digital inventory within the warehouse. Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, the role involves collaborating with various warehouse departments to maintain accurate stock levels and optimize storage processes.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the execution of rolling, full, and piece-by-piece inventories according to specifications.
• Analyze causes of non-conformities and stock discrepancies in coordination with site management.
• Implement random audits to secure physical and virtual stock movements.
• Monitor qualitative and quantitative stock indicators and implement reliability processes.
• Manage pallet occupancy rates and dormant stock in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Perform monthly stock valuation tracking with the finance team.
• Identify and propose process optimizations and corrective actions based on audit and inventory results.

Qualifications

• BTS or equivalent diploma in logistics and transport management (Bac +2)
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse in a similar logistics or transport role
