FP&A Data Analyst

About the role

This role focuses on building and improving the FP&A data and systems landscape to turn complex transactional data into scalable reporting and actionable insights. You will prioritize data models, system logic, and process automation over manual reporting tasks. The position acts as a key interface between Finance, Data, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the FP&A reporting stack including Looker and AI-based applications.
• Translate business questions into robust dashboards and self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Improve planning processes by developing data models and process flows in Pigment.
• Reconcile data across systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Pigment, and Looker to harmonize KPIs.
• Reduce reliance on Excel by building structured, reliable reporting layers.
• Act as a key interface between Finance, Data, and Engineering teams.
