About the role
The Senior Project Manager, GTM Launch owns the launch management system that guides Dutchie’s feature and product releases from readiness through adoption and measurable impact. This role acts as the connective tissue across product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product rollouts. You will lead complex launches, manage cross-functional cadences, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure internal readiness and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches including scoping, sequencing, and timelines.
- Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth for status, dependencies, and risks.
- Design and execute internal and customer-facing change management and readiness plans.
- Proactively identify blocked or at-risk work and coordinate solutions across stakeholders.
- Define and monitor success metrics for launch readiness, adoption, and customer sentiment.
- Build feedback loops to turn launch data and customer signals into actionable improvements.
- Continuously improve the launch operating system through process, tooling, or automation enhancements.
