About the role

1KOMMA5° is seeking a project coordinator to manage the order processing of PV and heat pump systems from sales to invoicing. You will act as a central link between installation teams, sales, and customers to ensure smooth operational workflows. The role involves planning installations, monitoring material and personnel availability, and overseeing partner companies to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order processing for PV and heat pump projects from sales handover to invoicing.
• Act as the primary liaison between installation teams, sales departments, and customers.
• Coordinate installation schedules while monitoring material and personnel availability.
• Maintain continuous and positive communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee partner companies and monitor construction site quality standards.
• Support the development and growth of the PV and heat pump business at the Nuremberg location.
