About the role
The Fundraising & Partnerships Manager will secure and develop long-term funding for Kopfsachen to support mental health initiatives for young people. This role involves researching funding opportunities, writing compelling grant applications, and managing reporting processes while collaborating with internal teams and regional locations. The position is focused on identifying new financial resources and maintaining strong relationships with funding partners.
Responsibilities
- Research relevant funding programs, calls for proposals, and potential partners to identify new financing opportunities.
- Develop and write persuasive grant applications and manage associated progress reports.
- Monitor ongoing applications, deadlines, and requirements to ensure structured project management.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop new financing approaches and improve internal processes.
- Act as a point of contact for regional site managers regarding funding and support them with local applications.
- Contribute to impact and annual reports by preparing scientific results and performance data for stakeholders.
