Working Student for Planning & Procurement

About the role

As a Working Student in Purchasing, you will help maintain SAP master data to support planning and procurement decisions. You will ensure data accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, and assist in building data governance routines to improve overall data quality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain SAP master data including material master, source lists, and info records.
• Identify and resolve incorrect or inconsistent data entries in coordination with buyers and planners.
• Support the standardization of master data fields and naming conventions.
• Build and maintain data governance routines to ensure long-term data consistency.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel and SAP queries to track data quality.
• Identify and automate repetitive data-cleanup tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to trace and resolve data issues.
